


Outdoor Market & Rummage Sale Vendor Spot
Holt Band 1st Annual Outdoor Market & Rummage Sale! Saturday May 17th from 10am-3pm in the lower parking lot.
We’re looking for businesses/individuals who would like to sell their crafts, food, treats, jewelry, etc. Have any spring cleaning to do? Rent a slot to try and sell some items! If you would like to donate items to the Band table, we are accepting donations to sell at our table as well! All proceeds will be used to offset rising prices of transportation, food and materials for each child in band/guard.
There are a few things we'd like you to know:
The fee per parking spot is $25, if you need more than one spot please let us know.
We will not be able to provide tables or chairs so please be prepared to bring whatever you might need
If you will be using a canopy or tent, we ask that it is properly secured, so we can assure that everyone will be protected. We do have limited indoor options available if the weather looks like it would be an issue.
We request that all products are family-friendly products and must be appropriate for all ages.
Booth assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis
PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE A BOOTH SPACE CAN BE RESERVED!
9:00 a.m. vendor set up and 3:00 p.m. vendor tear down.
Food Trucks Only: We are so excited that they you are willing to join us & we ask that a portion of the proceeds from the event be reviewed to be a tax free donation to the Wentzville Band Boosters.
