Color Guard
The Colorguard is a talented group of girls in grades 9-12 led by Kelly Kenny. Practices begin with a two week camp starting the last week of July followed quickly by one additional week. Once school starts practices begin each morning at 6:30 and run until 8:10. In addition, the guard practices from 3:00 to 5:00 every Wednesday evening and 6:00 to 8:30 every Thursday evening through October.
The Colorguard performs with the Wentzville Holt Indian Band at all home football games and at five to six marching festivals in the fall.
Honors
The Colorguard came home with the second place trophy for Outstanding Colorguard for the day at the Ste, Genevieve Marching Invitational, as well as fourth place overall during preliminary competition at Mizzou Champion of Champions Marching festival. Way to Go!!!!!
Winter Guard

The Winterguard is a talented group of girls in grades 9-12 who just can’t stand to see the fall season end and so continue on into the winter months. Sponsored by Mary Barcroft and directed by Kim Kras and Anna Trask, they meet two to three times per week after school and on weekends beginning in November.
The team attends six competitions each year.

Winter Guard Wins at the Hillsboro Competition
The 2012 Wentzville Holt Winter Guard took first place in their division with a score of 74.9 at the Hillsboro competition on February 11th. This score exceeds the promotion cut-off making the guard eligible for a class promotion with the next competition. Outstanding Performance Ladies!
Winter Guard Finishes Fourth at Eureka
The 2012 Wentzville Holt Winter Guard kicked off the season in style. They placed 4th out of the 12 guards in their division at the competition at Eureka High School, January 28th.
